How long does it take to build and deliver my PC?

Once the quotation is confirmed and the deposit is paid, standard builds take 3-5 working days. This includes assembly, cable management, OS installation, and our rigorous 24-hour stress testing. Delivery within Klang Valley is usually same-day via Lalamove/Grab after testing is complete.
What is your warranty policy?

We provide a 3-year labor warranty on all custom builds. Individual components carry their respective manufacturer warranties (typically 3 to 10 years depending on the part). If a part fails, bring the PC to us, and we will handle the RMA process for you.
Do you use authentic, brand-new parts?

Absolutely. We only source brand-new, sealed components from official Malaysian distributors. You will receive all the original boxes, manuals, and accessories that come with your parts.
Can I upgrade my PC in the future?

Yes! We build using standard ATX/mATX/ITX form factors, meaning nothing is proprietary. You can easily upgrade your GPU, RAM, or storage later. We also offer upgrade services for our past clients.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Online Bank Transfer (FPX), DuitNow QR, Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), and installment plans via selected banks and Atome.
